I got my first home! Thankfully, I didn’t have to do it by myself. Michele Mazzu walked me through the whole process. She really found something perfect for me. A huge thing for me was having hardwood floors (no carpet), a yard for future dogs/fire pit hang outs with my friends, and a open kitchen that wasn’t like the galley garbage that most nashvillians have had to endure while rent... Michel has amazing connections through Nashville. Got me in contact with a really great mortgage loan advisor. Who got me an unheard of loan, to get me the best deal possible. 2 years ago, I wasn’t even able to get a car loan. I had a credit score of 440. I have been able to raise it to 635. YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE AN INSANELY HIGH CREDIT SCORE TO BUY A HOUSE. Especially if you have someone like Michele Mazzu.

Being a first time home buyer, there was a lot I didn't know about the home-buying process and what to look for when visiting properties. Michele was very straightforward and honest with me through the whole process. Knowing that I was going to be moving to Nashville for a new job, I started looking for places to rent. After searching and searching, I finally reverted to Facebook groups. After just a few minutes of posting, Michelle Mazzu messaged me that she was a realtor and could help with rentals. She sent me daily emails with new listings and showed us our top choices upon moving. We found an amazing rental which we lived in until we wanted to buy a home. I contacted Michelle again when we were ready to buy and started the same process of looking through daily emails. When we finally were ready to start doing walk throughs, Michelle sent me multiple locations for my approval. That same day, we went and viewed about twelve different locations. The last location ended up being our future home. We made an offer that was slightly higher than the listing, due to us not having any savings. It included the sellers paying our closing cost and any other fees with the exception of the appraisal and inspector. We also offered $1,000 in earnest pay. After a long nail biting twenty-four hours, we heard back from the sellers that our offer was accepted! Once we had our inspection done, we put in our request of the items we would like fixed. The sellers actually asked for the entire inspection and completed it. They left us a wonderful note telling us all that they had repaired and what the inspector had missed. Yes, they fixed them too! Our mortgage company ended up failing miserably, and we were forced to push our closing date a week. It devastated us, because my birthday was the next week, and we already had people to take off work to help us. Our sellers went above and beyond and let us move in early. We offered them money, but they refused to take it. Needless to say, we had to give them a little gift. We left it there the day before we moved in, because we were told we would not be meeting the sellers. The afternoon of closing day, I got a knock on the door. An older couple stood there with a huge cantaloupe in their arms. Turns out, it was the sellers!!! We exchanged contact information and hope to be long time friends! Michelle was extremely personable and had a quick response every time we needed her. We could not have asked for better sellers or a better agent. I would and HAVE recommended Michelle and Crye-Leike to many people. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience for our first home!!!
